    Emails

    Frequency and Types

    How often we send you emails will vary depending on the services you choose to engage with through the BenefitKarma website.

    We may send you one or both types of emails:

    Transactions Emails | These emails help you complete tasks (like submitting documents or scheduling an appointment). They may also provide you with additional details about the Trajector client journey.

    Non-transactional Emails | These emails provide general information about additional information and consulting services that Trajector may offer.

    Opting Out

    You can opt out at any time to stop receiving non-transactional emails. Instructions of how to opt out are detailed in each email (typically in the footer). If you opt out, your email will be removed from that program in a timely manner. 

    Text Messages (SMS/MMS)

    When opted-in, you will receive messages from our 5 or 6-digit short code or 10-digit long code (10-DLC) phone numbers.

    Text message frequency will vary depending on the services you choose to engage with through the BenefitKarma website.

    Transactional (Short Code) Text Messaging

    When opted-in, you will receive messages from our 5 or 6-digit short code.

    Text message frequency will vary depending on the services you choose to engage with through the BenefitKarma website.

    Transactional SMS | These sms/mms provide essential customer information about your services with BenefitKarma.

    Some examples include, but are not limited to: notifications, appointment reminders, task reminders.

    If you have trouble with this texting program, reply “HELP” to get assistance.

    How to Opt-in and Opt-out

    Text JOIN to +********** to receive BenefitKarma notifications.

    Reply or text STOP to +********** to cancel. 

    You will receive a confirmation that you have successfully unsubscribed.

    Delivery and Messaging Rates

    Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless service provider may charge you for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Content may not be available through all carriers. 

    Participating service providers may include but aren’t limited to AT&T Wireless, Google Voice, Metro by T-Mobile, Sprint Corporation, T-Mobile, UScellular, Verizon Wireless, and Virgin Mobile. 

    If you have any questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

    Additional SMS/MMS Terms

    BenefitKarma and wireless service providers are not liable for delays in the receipt of any text messages. Delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator. By opting in, you represent that you have given your accurate phone number and that you have authority to consent to receive text messages to the number provided. 

    Non-transactional SMS (10-Digital Long Code)

    When opted-in, you will receive messages from our 10-digit long code phone number.

    Text message frequency will vary.
